It's hard to say. It is nothing like your old home, that is almost for certain. Though you may be more familiar with some things than I.

In theory it was once a city full of a sprawling populace, but something happened and wiped them all out leaving nothing but the desolation that now resides. Not the most encouraging of explanations, is it? But I do not like lying.

You've been brought here by some unknown individuals that exist somewhere yet still hidden, and there is something about a "chip" device that resides in one's self that inhibits certain abilities. Someone else could explain that better than I.
