[And Seifer, who was sitting at a table in the rowhouse, instantly falls, bringing the chair down with him. He looks panicked for a second, glancing around for the source as he rubs his arm. After a second, he glances at his comm, which sits next to him.]
Oh. I forgot they mentioned that... crappy lamer device.
[And he sighs, moving it back to the table. He's barely on the edge, picking up the chair and gathering various sheets of paper. Once he pops back into view, he notices that it's on.]
Hn... well... hey, who can make weapons in this place? My second bat's already proving to be worse for wear, and I've got a wicked idea.
[Then he reaches over to turn it off, before pausing.]
Beat, Kanji... got somethin' to discuss with you two.
And Utena... keep your little friend in check. Don't make me be the rat.
[Then his hand covers it as he clicks it off.]
